Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Currently shipping in Canada or the continental United States is FREE. Sign for exclusive deals through of our emails.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where can we buy stickers?
The sticker size is 1 inch round and you can purchase some directly from us. You can even print yourself be aware that all the stickers leave a residue. However you can usually sticker over them at least three or four times before it starts interfering with the magnetic strength
Do I need MagSafe phone case?
No we provide you with two stickers which are magnetic rings that you put on the back of your existing phone case. However it works much better if you get an Apple authorized iPhone MagSafe compatible cover or case to get maximum strength from the magnets.
How do I test to see if my phone works?
Take the phone off of the cover or case to test the strength without any interference. If you have iPhone 13 or higher you have MagSafe built in & if you have an Android phone you can use the two free outside ring stickers for your case or cover.
